The short version: Cancel during your free trial and you pay nothing — and you keep the stand. After billing starts, we don't issue refunds, but you keep full access until your billing period ends. Hardware never needs to be returned.
Monthly plans include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends:

We do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has been charged — whether monthly or annual.

NFC stands shipped as part of your subscription are yours to keep. We do not require returns under any circumstances — including trial cancellations, plan downgrades, or account terminations.
Stands are pre-programmed and linked to your specific business profile. A stand from a cancelled account cannot be reactivated without a new subscription.
We do not offer refunds on hardware costs (such as the one-time setup fee on the Starter plan or additional stand orders). If a stand arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account.
